The problem

Every month, the statements pile up.

Carriers pay on their own schedule, in their own format. The statement says one thing and the deposit says another. A producer asks if they were paid right, and nobody can say for sure.

At most agencies this lands on the owner or the office manager, after hours.

About

I'm Olisa. I do the checking myself.

I'm an engineer with a background in healthcare back-office operations. Carrier commission statements are the kind of work I know well: high volume, every format different, and expensive when nobody checks.

I built Commission Tab working side by side with an agency bookkeeper in California, one carrier at a time. I'm based in Dublin and work with agencies in the US. When you email, I'm the one who answers.

What owners ask first.

Do we have to change our agency system?

No. We work with the statements and files you already have.

Who contacts the carriers?

We do, from an email address you set up for us at your agency. Carriers see your agency's name.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee per agency. Month to month, no setup fee, no annual contract. I'll give you the number on the first call.

What if your numbers are wrong?

Then you don't pay for that month. That's what the first month is for.

Is this software or people?

Both. The software does the matching. I check anything it isn't sure about.

Who sees our data?

Only us. Our access is read-only, it covers only what we need to reconcile your commissions, and your data is never shared.

How fast can we start?

Within 72 hours of you saying yes.
